A none refundable deposit of £100 is required at booking for each period week, with balance paid 10 weeks prior to arrival and remaining. Cancellations within 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in 50% charge and 4 weeks with result in 100% loss. This at the discretion of the owner. - There is no longer a charge of $10 for resort management. A security deposit of $250 which will be required before arrival and refunded after inspection of the property there will only be a charge if there is any breakages or damages during the rental period.
- A additional cleaning cost of £45/$75 will be incurred if the rental is under 7 days.

Booking: After making a booking a agreement form will be sent which will be signed by renter and returned.
Changeover Day: Changeover days are flexible. Check in is no earlier than 4pm and check out no later than 10a.m. Resort facilities are available to you before check in on the day of arrival and after check out on the date of departure.
