- Costs include linen and welcome pack. A 30% deposit is required on booking with full payment payable within 8 weeks of booked dates.
- The guests remain liable for any damage or repair necessary to the Stables caused by themselves. They must also draw attention to the owners about the said breakages or damage.
Cancellation: The amount paid by the guest will be refunded (less deposit) if cancellation is more than four weeks before the rental period. If cancellation is less than four weeks before the start of the rental period a refund will only be made if the owner can re-let the accommodation for the said period.
Guests are responsible for their own holiday insurance. - A charge of £15.00 for electricity may be charged during the colder (winter) months.
