- Reservation Deposit & Payment:
• Non-refundable deposit of USD 250.00 is due upon reservation. For your convenience, we use Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards.
• If you require pool heat, the fee is an additional USD 20.00 per day, for the length of your stay.
• PLEASE NOTE: The State of Florida requires that we collect the hospitality tax of 13% on its behalf, and they require that it be computed on the total cost of the entire booking, including any fees collected for heating the pool.
• Housekeeping fee of USD 85.00 will be charged for any reservations of 6 nights or less.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. - Security Deposit:
• A security deposit of USD 250.00 is required, regardless of duration. This is taken in the form of an imprint and approval on a credit card upon check-in and is released upon departure providing there has not been any damage or theft to the home. If the guest does not have a credit card, a USD 250.00 cash deposit will be required, which will be refunded by mail within 30 days of departure. - Cancellation Policy:
• 50% of TOTAL RENTAL will be refunded if cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival.
