• Non-refundable deposit of USD 250.00 is required to secure a reservation. All credit card transactions are processed through Payment Processing Inc (PayPros).
• POOL HEAT is an additional USD 20.00 PER NIGHT, for the length of your stay. The spa and pool share the same water; we can not heat just the spa without heating the pool or vice versa.
• PLEASE NOTE: The State of Florida requires that we collect the hospitality tax of 13% on its behalf, and they require that it be computed on the total cost of the entire booking, including any fees collected for heating the pool.
• Housekeeping fee of USD 90.00 will be charged for any reservations of 6 nights or less.
• BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. - Cancellation Policy:
• Initial USD 250.00 deposit is NOT refundable.
• Cancellation received more than 30 days prior to your arrival will be charged nothing additional other than initial deposit.
• Cancellation received within 30 days of your arrival will be charged 100% of TOTAL RENTAL cost.
• Upon arrival, should you encounter any problems with the property, we will take corrective measures immediately to address and fixed those problems. There will be NO MONIES REFUNDED should you then decide not to stay after all problems have been earnestly resolved. - Arrival and Departure Schedule:
• Check In: 4:00 PM
• Check Out: 10:00 AM
• Please let us know if you require an earlier arrival time or a later departure time. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to previous guest's departure time or incoming guest's arrival time.
