Arles House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Prices are for the property per week in euros or pounds sterling for a maximum of 5 persons sharing. (All inclusive of utilities and linen). In some cases at the owner's discretion a €100 deposit will be taken before handover of the keys and re-reimbursed once keys are returned and property checked for breakages and state of cleanliness on departure.
  
  Keys: Keys are sent and returned via post to you at home. You will be asked to supply both a postal address to send the keys and a date by which you will need to receive them. Keys are not left in the house on departure. A confirmed booking indicates the renter's agreement send the keys back by post.
  Please note that while we will do our very best to find and return personal posessions left in the house by guests after their departure, we cannot accept any statutory responsibility for doing so.
• Terms:
  
  30% non-refundable deposit is payable on reservation with the full balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
  Reservations made less than 6 weeks before arrival are payable in full at time of booking.
  Payment are made by bank transfer. Reservations are confirmed only after clearance of funds. We strongly recommend that clients take out cancellation insurance cover. We can advise where necessary.
  
  Cancellation Arrangements:
  
  30% Deposit is non-refundable
  For cancellation after 6 weeks before arrival but before 4 weeks of arrival: 70% refund of balance paid.
  For cancellation after 4 before arrival weeks but before 2 weeks of arrival: 40% refund of balance paid.
  For cancellation after 2 weeks before arrival: No Refund unless the property is re-let in which case a refund of 60% of balance paid will be made. Note: If payment in full is not received within 2 weeks of proposed arrival, we reserve the right to relet the property with no refund of deposit.
• Booking periods and Discounts
  
  The house is rented by the week with the changeover day being Saturdays. Shorter period are available, subject to availability, and can be negotiated separately. Discounts are sometimes available, also by negotiation, for clients wishing to stay longer than three weeks.
  
  House Keys
  
  It is our policy to mail the house keys to you soon after your final payment. This leaves you free to arrive when you wish on the reserved day. Making any booking also entails taking responsibility for the safe return of these keys by post or for their replacement should they not be returned.
