Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Published rate's do not include sales tax currently 11% (7% Lake County and 4% Tourist) or a final clean cost of £50 for stays of only five nights, a 10% deposit will be required at the time of booking with payment in full six weeks before arrival, Pool/Spa heat if required will cost £20 per day, pool heat is not normally required from May until the end of October. We try to make payment as flexible as possible and will discuss any methods with you, we prefer payment from American or Canadian guests in Dollars via internet bank transfer or by check or money order mailed to our home address in the U.S, from British guests we accept a sterling (£) cheque to our UK address or via internet bank transfer and most guests from the Eurozone pay by International bank transfer in Sterling (£) directly to our UK bank, we are happy to share with guests any cost they may incur, we also accept internet bank transfer and will accept PayPal with a 5% surcharge.
