Our apartment is managed by the most reputable Apartment Management Company in Buenos Aires, we will send you instructions for secure payment & you will receive an official reservations confirmation directly from the Apartment Management company. At the check-in the contract is presented in both English and Spanish. All valid contracts here in Argentina are in Spanish but we are providing an English copy for your review. Both copies must be signed and dated.
  • Only rentals for 3 days or longer will be considered unless otherwise stated on the individual apartment page. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits can be made by Paypal, or by bank wire directly into our bank account (you pay all wire transfer fees). Or you can pay via Western Union which is available in most countries throughout the world. Please keep in mind prices on our website do NOT include a 3.5% processing charge for ALL reservations made. However, there is a 3.5% discount for cash payments or bank wire payments for the initial 50% deposit. The remaining payment must still be in cash at the check-in.
    Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment. Your remaining balance will be due and must be IN CASH (we don’t accept checks, traveller checks nor credit cards) at check in. We will also collect a security deposit in the amount of U$S 800 -$3,000 (depending on
  • Security deposits may also be paid with paypal. Any security deposits that are made with paypal, please email our staff at the end of the stay to request the refund of the security deposit. Emailing us after your stay will help ensure a very fast refund of the security deposit. Client agrees to pay for any damage to the property or missing items. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3 business days to get your security deposit back if paying with paypal
    A passport or national ID must be presented at the check-in. The use of the property by more than the capacity limits of the property will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.

    Anyone booking an apartment agrees not to have parties or loud music playing. If neighbours complain and/or the police are called, it may result in the immediate eviction of the tenant regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in the loss of prepaid rent. Check-in & Check Out : Please note the check-in times. All properties have a 2 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional cost. Please inquire when making your booking if you are interested in these options. A Cell phone is provided for your use while you are visiting. Maid service at least 1 time per week. Any additional maid service can be arranged at an additional expense. You will also be provided with a contact number should you need anything during your stay, the apartment management group can also help you with transport arrangements, travel agency needs, etc.

After Hours Check-In & Cancellations: Please note if you are checking in or check-out outside of our normal working hours (9 AM to 6 PM) there is an additional fee of u$s 25 that must be paid. This fee does NOT go to our firm. It goes to the person making the outside of normal hours check-in/out. Any cancellation made with 16 or more days notice before your scheduled arrival date will be charged 3 nights rent. Any cancellation made with 10-15 days notice will be charged 4 nights rent. Any cancellation made less than 9 days notice before your arrival.

Cell Phone & U.S. Phone Line: There is an Argentine cell phone provided to all guests for use during their time in Buenos Aires. In addition, there is a U.S. Telephone for use for local calls to the United States.
