Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date the rental amount received will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the rental amount received will be retained as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date 80% of the rental will be retained as a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to deduct any fees and charges incurred as a result of a cancellation after occupancy has commenced.
