Two one bedroomed Studio apartments which can be rented singly or together to suit two to four people. - that is two in each.The property is fully fenced and private with a front garden which has the pool and deck and outside shower as well as a secluded back garden for private sunbathing and relaxation. Situated at the end of a short cul de sac with a park that gives access to the Shops, Restaurants and the Beach, we suffer no traffic noise and yet are only a few minutes walk to everything. We have maid service three times weekly and a laundry room available for guests. Also available to our guests is a private beach club with pool and restaurant situated on the beach ....only for recognised guests of bone fide members. The pool there plus facilities of Restaurant /Bar, loungers, bathrooms, shower and lockers are also available for you to use.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking.and is non refundable - so we strongly advise the taking out of an Insurance to cover any unforseen issue that might arise. Full payment should be made four /six weeks prior to arrival or as arranged with Diane.
The air conditioning is hardly necessary as we supply ceiling and floor fans. Please check charges with Diane.
We do not require a security deposit - if anything is broken/damaged this can be sorted out on site. We 'trust' our guests.
Our guests become our friends and we treat them so well, they come back again and again and we look forward to making many more new friends !!
There is no charge for full wi- fi connection. Also we have cable TV - which is the basic package including BBC World, CNN, etc , Fox News, PBS, CBC , NBC, TNT, A&E, BBC America - plus a fe - We welcome couples staying in the two apartments and a discount can be arranged if in the same party We are a quiet property. Plumbago Avenue is generally noise free and certainly no traffic noise - `but so well located and I have to mention again the new Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, recently opened - and A fantastic addition to Holetown.
- Sunset Crest, generally, has about 50% of its occupants who live here year round - and the rest are here for shorter times including holiday makers.
There is a friendly atmosphere in the area which holiday makers always comment upon.....everyone is made to feel welcome and treated with respect.
I think Sunset Crest and the Holetown area are unique in Barbados - nothing else comes near to it in terms of what is on offer here for the discerning traveller.....
The Caribbean and Barbados is not Europe (but hotter) but has its own unique feel - it tries to emulate nothing else, but is itself and it is not for the traveller who want the attractions of Florida or the Costas of Europe.....it is simple and just beautiful and many people love it and come back year after year, .....what more can I say ??

- The two apartments have EXTRA LARGE bathrooms cum dressing rooms. ....so no clothes need to be put in bedrooms leaving that space clear for just lounging, watching tv, laptop work or listening to the radio. Both are large , spacious and airy with everything built in to a high standard and lots of cupboard and hanging space.

- Both Studios have large beds. The ground floor apartment has a king size bed and the upper apartment has two three foot six inch beds which can be seperated or put together. An extra bed could be accommodated. Air conditionng in both apartments is optional and charged for if taken - both rooms have fans and are cool if windows kept open. ALL THE PROPERTY IS FULLY SCREENED TO DISTRACT INSECTS FROM ENTERING !! The space is large - much larger than the average Studio apartment.

Notes:
The pool is central to this property and is for the exclusive use of guests and we have found that there is no problem with the sharing by our guests, as they get to know each other and it is a favourite spot for hanging out, having a chat or a sundowner - or if you dont want to be sociable, you have your own private patio or the back garden . The pool is about twenty eight feet long and l5 foot wide at its widest point - it is amoeba shaped with a handrail and also a ladder. The deep end is 5 foot six inches deep and the shallow end 3 foot deep. It is well maintained and always sparklingly clean - when the sun is out the finish of diamond brite which has been used on the pool makes it look like the sea when the sun is out and it is a cloudless sky....very inviting.
THERE IS LOTS OF SPACE FOR SITTING OUT , READING, LOUNGING OR HAVING THAT HARD WORKED FOR COCKTAIL !
