Cancellation Policy In case of any cancellation, owner will refund monies paid up to the amount the week can be re-rented or you may choose another available week. - I will promptly return any of your inquiries as to dates. Please understand that upon inquiry, I am notifying you of availability at the moment. This can change quickly. If your dates are not flexible and you want to rent the property, please advise me of this and I will put on a 48 hour hold until you can get your travel arrangements in order so in the delay you do not lose the dates.
