- S. Luca 'VERDE' is a wide and bright, elegant apartment which has been restored few months ago, with terrazzo Veneziano on the floor. The result is very typical, cosy yet functional. The house is approx. 75 sqm and can easily accommodate up to 4 people. It's composed by a living / dining room with a table for 4 people, tv and two very comfortable sofas, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen where you can find anything you many need to enjoy your stay, 2 double bedrooms full of light, a bathroom with shower, two balconies. We have independent heating and air conditioning.
