The ground floor is split plan with the 'Green Room' on one side of the house and the 'Jungle Room' and 'Twin Room' on the other side. The Green Room has a Queen bed and full bath with shower. The Jungle Room has a queen bed and the Twin Room has two singles. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and bathtub.

LOCAL RESTAURANTS: THERE ARE LOTS OF GREAT RESTAURANTS ALL WITHIN A FIVE MINUTE CAR RIDE OF THE VILLA. THE THIRSTY MARLIN IN PALM HARBOR, MOLLY GOODHEADS IN OZONA & RUSTY BELLIES WATERFRONT IN TARPON SPRINGS ARE JUST THREE TO MENTION. GREAT STEAKS AND SEAFOOD SERVED IN A LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE WHERE SHORTS AND A T SHIRT ARE CONSIDERED FORMAL WEAR. YOU CAN EAT OUT AT DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS FOR FOURTEEN NIGHTS STRAIGHT AND NEVER GO TO A BAD ONE. BON APPETIT!!
LOCAL BEACHES: CRYSTAL BEACH, SUNSET BEACH AND FRED HOWARD STATE PARK BEACH ALL HOST LIVE MUSIC MOST FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY EVENINGS TO ACCOMPANY THE SUNSETS. DRIVE OVER THE CAUSEWAY TO HONEYMOON ISLAND AND WALK THE BEACH FOR MILES UP TO THE PASS OVERLOOKING THREE ROOKER BAR-A DESERTED SANDBAR POPULAR WITH LOCAL BOATERS AND DOLPHINS. CATCH THE FERRY FROM HONEYMOON ISLAND TO CALADESI STATE PARK WITH IT'S AWARD WINNING BEACH. THERE ARE WILDLIFE WALKS ROUND THE ISLAND WHERE YOU CAN COME ACROSS ARMADILLOS, RACOONS, GIANT TORTOISES AND SIGNS THAT SAY 'BEWARE OF RATTLESNAKES'' OR, IF YOU GO THROUGH THE WEEK YOU CAN BE A CASTAWAY WITH THE BEACH TO YOURSELF. ALL THESE BEACHES ARE VERY CLOSE TO THE VILLA BUT AWAY FROM THE MAIN TOURIST AREA, EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND WITH GREAT FACILITIES. THERE'S A BEACH HERE FOR EVERYONE AND THEY ALL SHARE THE SAME CRYSTAL CLEAR WARM WATERS OF THE GULF
ENJOYING THE VILLA: A LOT OF OUR GUESTS ARE HAPPY TO CHILL OUT AT THE VILLA AFTER A HECTIC WEEK IN ORLANDO. THE BACK GARDEN IS A SUN TRAP, GREAT FOR TOPPING UP THAT TAN AND WHEN IT GETS TOO HOT YOU CAN SLIP INTO THE POOL THEN SIT UNDER THE GIANT OAK TREE SIPPING ON CHILLED WHITE WINE OR A FROSTY BEER OUT OF THE FRIDGE. IT IS VERY QUIET AND PEACEFUL EXCEPT FOR THE HUM OF THE OCCASIONAL GOLF CART THAT IS THE PREFERRED MODE OF TRANSPORT FOR THE LOCALS. YOU CAN WATCH THE OSPREYS HEADING BACK FROM THE GULF WITH THEIR NEXT MEAL STILL WRIGGLING IN THEIR TALONS, HAND FEED THE RESIDENT EGRET WITH COLD HOT DOGS, ONCE HE GETS TO KNOW YOU, AND OCCASIONALLY STROLL DOWN TO THE BEACH AND WATCH THE FISH LEAPING AS THE GIANT PELICANS GLIDE BY. ITS NOT COMPULSORY BUT COCKTAILS ON THE BEACH AT SUNSET CONFERS ON YOU THE TITLE OF 'LOCAL' FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY. CHEERS
