Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure provided the Villa and its contents are in the same condition as on arrival. and that there has been no over occupancy during the period of rental this applies to any person above and beyond those denoted at time of booking. Any over occupancy in any form during your stay will result in the loss of deposit in full.
