Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A deposit of 20% of the total cost is payable when the booking is made. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. A Security Bond of $220 / £150 is also payable when the remainder of the balance is paid. This is fully refundable (within 2 weeks of vacating the property) subject to a satisfactory status report from the Management Company. If the booking is cancelled within the 8 weeks, the full amount of the vacation is due unless a further booking at the same rate can be taken. If so the initial deposit will only be non refundable. The Security Bond will still be fully refunded. If the booking is cancelled between the date of booking and 8 weeks from the arrival date then the initial deposit will only be non refundable.
Pool heat is available if required, however, this is an extra cost of $20 / £14 per day.
Bookings will be subject to a Cleaning Fee of $90 / £60, if the duration is LESS than seven nights.

- The villa does sleep 8 people plus infant. A cot is available on site, along with a stair safety gate. All 4 bedrooms have Flat screen TV and Cable TV. Both twin bedrooms have a combined Flat screen tv and dvd for children to hide themselves away and watch the films of their own choice, leaving you to enjoy your own 37' Plasma tv.
