- For stays of less than a week (only available in the low or mid season), please contact the owner for availability and rates. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with all bookings. A security deposit of Euros 200 is required on arriival, with the balance of payment 6 weeks in advance of the rental period. Rates are based on self-catering. A maid service is available on request at cost. The onsite estate manager is responsible for cleaning the swimming pool and for the upkeep of the gardens and outbuildings. We have 4 chickens and fresh eggs are provided free of charge (subject to availability).

They are all fitted with central heating radiators.Bathroom 1 upstairs is ensuite to the spacious master bedroom and includes bath and separate shower cubicle, sink and wc. Bathroom 2 upstairs is ensuite to bedroom 2 and includes shower cubicle,sink and wc. Bathroom 3 upstairs has a shower cubicle wc and sink and serves bedroom 3 and 4. - The upstairs bedrooms provide under the eaves, beamed accommodation. All are furnished with good quality bed linen and beds and all have wardrobes and fans,The master bedroom is very spacious with higher ceilings, a kingsize bed and its own ensuite bathroom with bath, wc, sink and separate shower cubicle. Bedroom 2 has a double bed its own ensuite bathroom with wc and shower cubicle and sink, Bedroom 3 has a king size bed. Bedroom 4 has two single beds, Bedrroms 3&4 share a separate bathroom with wc ,shower cubicle and sink. All bedrooms have velux windows and wooden flooring with the bathrooms naturally having tiled floors. 2 quality baby cots are also available and can be placed in the bedrooms as required. So a total of 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with a total of 3 wcs upstairs. Downstairs has an additional private room with sofa bed and a further downstairs wc.

Meyrals House Details
This is a new property this year to the rental market and offers a spacious charming holiday home. All our guests have beeen pleasantly suprised by the spacious quality feel of the property, you have your own enormous swimming pool totally for your private use and very large area of gardens with views across open countryside. Pleasantly situated in a smalll hamlet but very close to all the attractions and facilities of this beautiful area of the Dordogne. We welcome all enquiries and will be delighted to send you further information and photos and can be very flexible with rates and lengths of stay in the mid and low season.
Other Activities: Just a 5 minute drive from Les Eyzies and 20 minutes to Sarlat
