Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Special rates can be negotiated for longer rentals. Price includes all local taxes, electricity, telephone calls within US and Canada, broadband and internet access. Final clean costs $50.
Pool heating is available at $150 per week. A deposit of 20% is required to confirm booking.
A security deposit will be required via the local Management company
For longer term rentals, we can arrange transfer of membership of the River Strand Golf Club (27 excellent holes) for 2 adults/2 children (under 21) for a one off fee of $160 payable to River Strand direct. Membership then entitles you to unlimited free golf except for a cart fee of $21 pp/round. - BBQ's, high chairs, cots, play stations can all be made available through the local Management Company (payment direct). Please ask at the time of booking.
- It is possible to transfer golf membership at River Strand for 4 players (2 adults and 2 children) The fee for this is $160 and allows an unlimited number of rounds of golf, except for the cart fee of approximately $21 pp/round. This also allows access to the fitness centre, tennis courts & large swimming pool. The transfer fee is paid locally to the Management company who will arrange the membership transfer on your behalf.
