Buenos Aires Apartment Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• The apartment is available for Daily, weekly or monthly rental, the prices are as follows
  Nightly Rental = US$90 (3 night min stay)
  Weekly Rental = US$450
  Monthly Rental = US$1300
  **All payments in cash US dollars, or via internet banking
  
  A full rental agreement is available and must be signed prior to stay. A summary of the agreement has been provided.

  Check in time is prior to 9:30am or after 3:30pm
  Check out time is before 930am or after 3:30pm
  The property manager must approve an Early Check-In or Late Check-Out in advance
  
  2. This is a NON SMOKING unit, if guest wish to smoke they should do so on the balcony.
  
  3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
  
  4. In general the property will not be rented to students under the age of 25 unless approved in advance
  
  5. RESERVATION DEPOSIT- To secure the reservation a reservation deposit of 20% of the price corresponding to the length of stay.
• 6. Security/damage deposit is required upon check in and is in addition to the rental amount. The deposit required corresponds to the length of stay and are as followed:

  -2 weeks 2 weeks rent
  -more than 2 weeks US$800
  -1 month or more US$800
  The deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, provided the provisions outlined in the rental agreement are met
  
  7. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required upon arrival, basically the entire reserved rental amount is due upon arrival. The only exception to this is if the rental period is greater than a month then only the first month rent is due. The advance payment of rent is not a damage deposit; the damage deposit is in addition to this.
• 8. CANCELLATIONS : In the event that the guests should cancel their reservation for any reason within 30 days of the reserved date the deposit will not be refunded. If the reservation is canceled with more than 30 days notice to the date booked the reservation shall be refunded in its entirety, in this case a US$25 administration fee will be charged.
  9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per unit is limited to four (4) persons. This PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE ( 3 ) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. If a rental is taken for less than 4 days, the guest will be charged the4-night rate.
  
  10. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup and weekly housekeeping for stays of 2 weeks or longer . Amenity fees are included in the rental rate, this includes ADSL internet connection (No computer included) Phone set up (local call connection), electricity, gas, cable TV, and body corporate.
