Pool Heat extra £70.00 / $110 (recommended for cooler periods October to April) Rates are inclusive of all taxes and check out cleaning (a cleaning charge will apply for bookings of 6 nights or less). A deposit of £125.00 / $200 per week is required with the completed booking form, the balance will be required 8 weeks before departure along with a refundable security deposit. We accept Paypal as a payment option for an added 3% fee.

Internet / TV / Telephone: We have wireless high speed internet installed, bring your laptops to get connected. There is cable TV in all bedrooms with around 75 channels, a large flat screen TV in the main family room with over 300 channels including free films with major US channels and programs on demand. There is also a phone which you can use to call the US / Canada / Peurto Rico and Europe including the UK at no extra cost to guests. The house is alarmed and a security safe is provided free of charge for valuables etc.
