Cancellation policy - for Christmas and New Year, should you need to cancel after the outstanding balance has already been paid, we will endeavour to fill the booking and refund final payment in full otherwise the final balance will be retained.
Rest of the year, the final balance will be returned in full if it is up to 4 wks prior to arrival otherwise the full amount will be retained. Please make sure that you have a cancellation clause in your travel insurance. - All linen, electricity /gas and final cleaning cost are included in the price.

The second bedroom has a large single bed with a concealed base and second mattress which easily transforms into a complete, comfortable Large Double bed. The master bedroom has double wardrobe and the second has large storage drawers. Both bedrooms have lovely views out towards the tree canopy which lines the river
