Final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
For holidays (Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving) must be paid in full.
Every reservation made within 30 days prior to the arrival must be paid in full.
There will be a confirmation form sent to you, concerning your reservation and receipts for all payments. - Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% of deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival : forfeit 100% of payment.
No refunds due to hurricanes or any other natural disaster.

The second bedroom has two double beds and all the amenities you'll need for comfort and convenience on your vacation: one flat panel TV with SKY satellite system with more than 250 channels (US channels also), DVD with a selection of movies for your enjoyment. In this bedroom we can accommodate up to four people comfortable.
