Rates are subject to change without notice - Our rates are quoted in the euro, however we offer you the unique option of paying for your stay in a variety of currencies; by bank transfer, you have the option of paying in either the euro, pound sterling or U.S. dollar (subject to the current currency exchange), other currencies can be paid through Pay Pal. Bank check/cheque also possible.
Upon your arrival in Venice, our representative will meet you and direct you personally to our flat. They will show you in and answer any questions you might have about Ca' Venexiana and the city of Venice. The cost for this 'Meet and Greet' service is €35 (€55 if arriving after 8pm) and is payable directly to our representative in Venice. - At Ca' Venexiana you will also find the 'little things' most easily overlooked when traveling—electrical adapters, a personal computer for guests' use, umbrellas, guidebooks, maps, and even rainboots! We keep a selection of excellent cookbooks on hand, as well as seasonal herbs growing on our canalside courtyard. We strongly suggest visiting the local markets (daily fish, fruit and vegetable markets are located within two minutes of our door!) While our fully-equipped kitchen has every modern convenience, ready for you to try your hand at some authentic Italian dishes.

- Our luxury bathroom is tiled in Italian porcelain with a large, walk-in shower. A heated towel bar and hair dryer are provided. All bath linen is provided with your booking. Iron/ironing board, and laundry drying rack provided.

- Bedrooms are finely appointed with super quality bedding and mattresses with memory foam, plush linens with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The master bedroom offers a romantic retreat with an antique style cherrywood bed, draped in shades of gold and burgundy. We also have an infant's portable cot/crib, as well as a toddler-sized camp bed (ages 2-6), and an inflatable Aerobed. Both bedrooms offer wonderful canal views and mosquito screens in the summer.

Ca' Venexiana is comprised of a living room, a full kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and quiet courtyard. It is set on the ground floor with no worry of acqua alta (high water) as entry is accessed by way of a small set of stairs, keeping our flat 1+ meter above ground level. Filled with washes of natural light & views that are simply charming. Among our many amenities, you'll find TV(Digital), DVD, video games, stereo (iPod connection), unlimited wi-fi/broadband internet access with our computer (or yours), and a library of interesting books, music, movies. At Ca' Venexiana you will find the 'little things' most easily forgotten about when traveling—electrical adapters, umbrellas.
