Dawn Beach Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The prices shown are for a 2 bedroom Rental. Please submit a request for rates to include number of adults and children in the party and how many rooms are required.
- A 20% deposit is required to hold the Villa. Full payment is required 60 days before arrival.
A refundable $500 security deposit is required with the final payment. this will be returned within 2 weeks after departure. - Boat Rental is not included in the weekly rates and needs to be arranged separately with the owner.
Hire of Tennis and snorkel equipment is not included in the rental.
