There is a B & O Television with DVD in the master bedroom, and a Bose music system throughout the bedroom and bathroom, sitting room and kitchen.

Tenant to pay her direct, but to be arranged by owner A charge of £25 is made for cleaning and laundry after the tenant has moved out. The flat is cleaned prior to the rental at the owners cost.
