Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices are for 4 persons staying in the 2 master beds of the main house. Please call for specific rates, we are able to increase the accommodation at additional cost subject to numbers - up to 8 plus 2 children.

Additional separate double suites are available at a minimum rate of 200 USD per night subject to availability.

The property has recently undergone a near 1m USD restoration, with many bespoke and unique furnishings and amenities. It is fully maintained and therefore in perfect order constantly. Ocean View: This unique property is one of the oldest on the island and overlooks the historic settlement of Governor’s Harbour with a view of the ocean and Cupid’s Cay.
No real Minimum Age Limit for Renters: the property contains many bespoke and commissioned pieces of furniture that could be damaged by little fingers. Respectfully if you felt they could be at risk we could remove them for the duration of your stay. Catering Available: Local food available nearby, or meals can be arranged to be prepared and cooked on site, for that romantic meal on the deck while watching the sun set .
