Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For long term rental rates, please contact the owners To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required. Cancellation: if a confirmed booking is cancelled after paying the 50% deposit but over 3 months before the start of the rental period, a cancellation charge of 25% will be made. If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 3 months of the start of the rental period, the total amount of the deposit will be retained. If however, the relevant rental period is subsequently let, an administrative fee of 20% will be retained and the balance refunded. If there is a difference in rent received, S.A.R.L. Clos Mirabel will be entitled to retain the difference.
NB Weekly rentals: linen is charged at 19 euros pp including pool towels. End of stay cleaning is charged at 85 euros.
For weekend or nightly rentals (min.2 nights) the rate is based on 2 persons. 25 euros pp per night is charged for each additional occupant.
French national and school holidays are calculated at mid season rate. - NB July & August:
1,495 euros per week up to 2 guests.
1,595 euros up to 4 guests
1,695 up to 6 guests.
Drinks are served upon arrival.
Cold platters can be ordered for the evening of arrival. A choice of Atlantic salmon or pâtés with cheeses, salad,fruit and dessert served with local Jurançon or Madiran wines. A breakfast buffet of local & regional produce can also be requested during your stay. This can be taken in the manor house or on the terrace.

- The Master bedroom faces south with beautiful views overlooking the swimming pool and the Clos Miarabel vineyard to the entire chain of the Pyrénées Atlantiques. It has an en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom is separated by a hall and landing with plenty of cupboard space. It too has an en suite bathroom and is separated by a large dividing curtain from a further large bedroom ideal as a children's den and play area and a family room.The bedroom has a pretty view that looks towards the south terrace and lawns, the Clos Mirabel courtyard and the Manor House.
