- There are two full bathrooms upstairs and one half bathroom (sink and toilet) on the ground floor. The master bathroom has a large glass-enclosed shower with marble tile, separate bath tub, and skylight. The guest bathroom has a shower with marble tile and is accessible by the guest room and also for anyone staying in the sitting room. All beds have bedside tables with reading lights and all rooms have iPod speaker systems.

- The beds in the master bedroom and guest bedroom are European king size beds that are 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The master bedroom has stone floors, a large balcony overlooking the garden, and en suite bathroom. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom, but there is also a ceiling fan. The guest room has antique tile floors and stone vaulted ceiling with a small balcony overlooking the private courtyard and also has a large floor standing fan. Both bedrooms have iPod speaker systems. The sitting room overlooks the garden and has a sofa, chairs and projection TV with DVD player. There is also a large fan in the sitting room. All rooms have access to the roof terrace and all bed linens and towels are provided.
