We require a $500 dollar deposit that reserves your dates This deposit converts to a security deposit during your stay and will be returned to you within two weeks as long as none of the rental agreements are broken.
In addition to our fees there are local tourist taxes (5%) and Florida State Sales taxes (7+1/2%).
We are pleased to accept a number of payment options including Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
$3600 per 28 day month (that's a rate of only $900 per week)
There is a cleaning fee of $125 for each rental.
We have a two week minimum for the Christmas/ holiday
Fifty percent of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival and the rest is due 30 days prior to arrival.

The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a walk in closet. In the living room there is a hide-a-bed that makes up in seconds. Two full baths round out the floor plan. Comfort and simplicity is the theme. Bedrooms are good sized with walk in closets. Colors and furnishings selected for calming and comfort. In the Keys the environment is bright with lots of open water vistas. At night you want to rest your eyes and your body. Each room has hand-made island theme curtains. Furnished in comfortable island style. You can have great sea breezes or air conditioned comfort. In the designated utility room there is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
