- •A booking deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to secure booking; The balance is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. The preferred methods of payments are by VISA and Master Card. All funds are quoted in US currency. Please note a Refundable Security Deposit of $250 is due prior to arrival. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by Client before arrival.
Cancellations – A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty however the $45 Booking Fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made 61 to 90 days from arrival will forfeit the Reservation Deposit (25% of Rental) and the Booking Fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 80% of the Rental Monies including the security/damage/cleaning deposit.
•There are discounts available for Summer Rates(May through Sept) with the exception of Cropover
