- A booking deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to secure booking; The balance is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. The preferred methods of payments are by VISA, cash or PayPal on request - all funds are quoted in US currency. Please note a Refundable Security Deposit of $250 is due prior to arrival. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by Client before arrival.
Cancellations – A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty however the $45 Booking Fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made 61 to 90 days from arrival will forfeit the Reservation Deposit (25% of Rental) and the Booking Fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 80% of the Rental Monies including the security/damage/cleaning deposit. - There are discounts available for Summer Rates(May through Sept) with the exception of Aug which is Crop Over season, and regular rates apply.
