Bed, bath and kitchen linens, bed and bath linens changed twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday), water, air-conditioning, Internet ADSL WIFI connection all included in the price.
Maid service (3 hours house cleaning per day from Monday to Friday, for rentals longer than one week from Monday to Saturday/except Sundays) and garden maintenance 5 days per week are provided.
Included in the price are also: Standard dinner on your first evening, after a long trip: It consists in a dinner that the guests will find ready in the kitchen with the instructions for heating. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. Basically it consists in a pasta al forno, a vegetable tart, salad, and fruit. Bread, water and wine are included. Also a basic grocery shopping is included. - Security deposit, utility deposit, electricity, gas, heating, cleaning package, wood for fireplace, telephone, additional bed to be paid in Euro on the premises:
Security deposit: € 2000.
Utility deposit (unused portion of the utility deposit will be refunded in cash on departure): € 350 per week for heating.
Electricity, gas, heating (if required): the consumption for the amount of € 50 per week is included and guests will pay what will exceed this amount.
Cleaning package: € 350 per week.
Wood for fireplace: please check price on the premises.
Telephone: metered.
Extra bed if maximum capacity PAX 16 is exceeded: € 300 per person per week.
Preparation of a single bed in the study room of the first floor possible: € 300 per week.
Baby bed if maximum capacity PAX 16 is exceeded: € 100 per week.
Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm at an extra fee: € 50. - Extra services available only on request, to be specified when booking and to be paid in Euro on the premises at the end of each working day:
Babysitter.
Cook service for dinners during your stay.
Transfer service.
Extra domestic help (house cleaning).
Laundry service.
