Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The prices quoted above, are for standard duchess or mountain suites, sleeping 1 or 2 persons. Superior poolside, Queen, Duke or Cottage Suites sleeping 2 in bedroom and additional 1/ 2 persons on sleeper couch in lounge cost from R490-R810/night/suite.
Deluxe King, Fountain and Royal Suites sleeping 2 in bedroom and additional 1/2 on sleeper couch/double bunk or single beds in lounge from R690-R880/night/suite.
Luxury 2 bed, 2 bathroom sleeping 2-5 persons; from R900-R1300/night/suite.
2 or 3 bed house 2 bathroom sleeping 3-8 persons from R800-R1500/night/house.
Entire villa/house sleeping up to 14 persons is from R1580/night-R2850/night/house.
Low season stay 7 nights and pay for 6 (1 free) discounts offered for single persons depending on season and availability. Mid and high season stays of 21 nights or more qualify for a 10 % (2 nights free) discount, stays of 42nights, less 15% ( 6 nights free) and stays of 56 nights or more, less 20% discount (11 nights free). - In conjunction with a local car hire company, I am able to recommend and get you quotes for rental cars offering insurance, conditions, prices and service, that you will not match or beat from any other reputable car hire company in Cape Town.

Standard cars: Toyota, Nissan from R180/day (if 28 days hire or longer ) or R200-250/day if less than 28 days, including standard insurance, with excess of R2500 for collision damage only.
All inclusive rates quoted per day or part thereof, calculated from the time the vehicle leaves the depot.

Ascot Gardens also has wireless broadband availability in suites and adapters are available for lap tops. There is an internet /library with 2 complimentary broadband computers . There is also a prepaid telephone, a library, tourist brochures and information on restaurants and activities in Cape Town.On site laundry and washing lines, an ironing board and an iron is provided in each suite. Hair dryers available.
The suite is not serviced daily but bath towels, dish cloths, toilet rolls, dish washing liquid and garbage bags are checked and replaced whenever necessary. A complete service, clean and linen replacement is performed every 7 days, for longer stays.
Opposite is a children play ground with swings, etc.
