Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A deposit of 20% is required with any booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of $200 is payable with the balance. This will be refunded upon return of the house keys to the management and following inventory checks but within 14 days of your departure, except in the unlikely event of any loss or damage to the property or its contents, late departure from the property, non return of keys, excessive telephone use, etc. Any resultant costs will be taken from this deposit and the balance refunded. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, by PayPal account or by personal check.
A cleaning charge of $90 will be made for stays less than 5 nights.
