• 1.Prices fixed in US$ prices. There may be exchange rate fluctuations on the other currencies - contact us for rates on all of our 20 luxury villas. Above rate is not for all villas and all seasons.
  2.Rates inclusive 10% service charge
  3.Rates inclusive of hot buffet breakfast
  4.Minimum stay of 3 nights Standard season, 5 nights High season, and 14 nights Xmas/New Year
  5.Check in time 3.00pm, check-out time 10.30am. It may be possible to vary these times, please check with the owners
  6.Includes service of Villa manageress and our staff at Samui Beach Village (housekeeping, guest relations, maintenance, gardening )
  7.We have a full-time Chef and cook at guests disposal who will come and cook in your villa for a small fee.
  8.Food & wine supply at cost plus 15% handling/admin, or min 500 Baht fee
  9.Welcome package cold drink, cold towels and fruit on arrival
  10.Fresh linen every 3 days, towels as needed
  11.No charge for infants cot

• FACILITIES & SERVICES:
  All villas are fully air conditioned in each room and has ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system and Wi Fi internet connection are provided for the entertainment of our guests.
  
  There is also a full-time villa manageress and 55 staff, who will ensure you have a perfect holiday. She is an integral part of the fully serviced accommodation and is supported by three members of staff who take care of the rooms, gardens and pools. She can also arrange for you to have an in-house chef should you wish, or provide gourmet food and drinks and organise tours, activities or taxis. There is also the villa car available for rent. We can even arrange for you to have a massage and beauty treatments in your own villa or at our Spa Center.
