between Dec 23 and Jan 3, the weekly rate for all 5 apartments : A, B, C, D + E is discounted from 4500 euros to just 3500 euros, to include up to 25 persons, all utilities, linens, towels, cooking utensils, wood for the 4 fireplaces, taxes +.final clean.
Days in addition to a week are calculated pro-rata the weekly rate.
The weekly rate includes 2 persons. APT E can sleep 3 persons or 2 small children at 50 Euro/week each extra.

10% discount off the 2nd averagely rated week of a 2 week booking OR a 30% discount off the 3rd averagely rated week of a 3 week booking or a 50% discount off the 4th averagely rated week of a 4 week booking.
For bookings longer than 4 weeks, each subsequent week attracts a discount of 5%.
Pool open from May 1 - Oct 31. - Children of 2 years old and under are free of charge. And, cots and high-chairs are provided, free of charge. Please state if you wish to order a cot and/or a high-chair.
- Beware of owners who ask that you pay for the heating, in addition to the rental rate, at the end of your stay, you could well find yourself having to pay the same as you've paid in rent or even more, such is the exorbitant cost of gas, electricity and wood in Italy.
We provide for free all utilities...down to the last detail, including unlimited hot water. And, we give you a generous Welcome Pack...wine, fruit, pasta, olive oil, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, salad, etc., so that our guests can relax immediately on arrival and think about 'the big shop' the next day.
All utilities, sun-loungers, cots, high-chairs, linen, beach towels, a generous welcome pack + cleaning at end of stay are absolutely free.
