Days in addition to a week are calculated pro-rata the weekly rate.

10% discount off the 2nd averagely rated week of a 2 week booking or a 30% discount off the 3rd averagely rated week of a 3 week booking or a 50% discount off the 4th averagely rated week of a 4 week booking.
For bookings longer than 4 weeks, each subsequent week attracts a discount of 5%.
Pool open from May 1 - Oct 31 - Children of 2 years old and under are free of charge. And, cots and high-chairs are provided, free of charge. Please state if you wish to order a cot and/or a high-chair.
Please note that the weekly rate is for 4 persons. Can sleep up to 6 persons @ a minimum of 50 Euro extra per week per person. - Beware of owners who ask that you pay for the heating, in addition to the rental rate, at the end of your stay, you could well find yourself having to pay the same as you've paid in rent or even more, such is the exorbitant cost of gas, electricity and wood in Italy.
We provide for free all utilities...down to the last detail, including unlimited hot water. And, we give you a generous Welcome Pack...wine, fruit, pasta, olive oil, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, salad, etc., so that our guests can relax immediately on arrival and think about 'the big shop' the next day.
All utilities, sun-loungers, cots, high-chairs, linen, beach towels , a generous welcome pack + cleaning at end of stay are absolutely free.
