Our beautiful large villa is now available for rent out of the main summer season for smaller groups of up to 10 people exclusive just for you and the price includes all the amazing space and unique facilities that we offer to the larger groups in the summer.
For the price of up to 10 people renting you have the wvilla just for yourselves and you will have 5 bedrooms,3 bathrooms,3 kitchens and even 3 lounge areas.
The villa is to such a high standard with everything you could wish for to give you the home from home feel and the space is just amazing.
Included in your villa is the heated pool,brand new hot tub,a large games area and also free wifi.The heated pool is fully fenced for the safety of your children and all the outside terraces and patios are completely gated too.
We offer the same service to groups of 10 and you can hire our local beautician for a pamper massage day and also we offer you food deliveries in to the villa like hot paella,spit roast chickens,pizzas plus!

- Our villa is now available to rent exclusive for 10 people out of the main summer season and for a fantastic price you are getting all the unique facilities that we offer when we rent to groups of 20.
If you wish to rent the villa for the summer then the prices are for renting for up to 20 people so if you are a group of 10 you are still welcome to rent but the price will be the full price that is on the villa advert for 20 people.
These above deals may not be included in the childrens holiday depending on availability but do please enquire and i can go through my availability with you.
We do take a 500 pounds breakages bond with all bookings and depending on if you are in the UK or outside it is either as a sterling post dated cheque or cash euros on arrival and is refunded to you in full providing there is no damage to the villa which is most unusual to happen and taken as a precaution.
A deposit is taken at the time of booking and the deposit is non refunable if cancelled.

- There are many bathrooms for you and we supply quality towels for you and gowns/ribes for all the adults. All bathrooms are beautiful,fully equipped and have power showers with fantastic pressure.In the main bathroom there is a large corner bath as well as a big walk in shower room and off the gorgeous king size bedroom is a walk in shower that is massive.The one massive family bathroom with the corner bath is perfect for bathing young babies. Upstairs in the villa two bedrooms share the main bathroom which is 13ft by 13ft and all the rest of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.This is great for groups giving you your own privacy without having to share with anyone. There is a bathroom suitable for a wheelchair user and also this access stretches all round the whole downstairs of the villa including all the grounds outside. We supply beautiful towels that are the best quality and large bath sheets for comfort. We also have an outside toilet for pool area use and a shower

- All bedrooms are top quality with mattress toppers on for your comfort and top quality bed linen.We do have cots for your children if required too! This beautiful villa can sleep up to 10 people and All the bedrooms have the best bedlinen and in the summer Egyptian cotton sheets are provided and in the winter months there are luxury duvets on all beds.There is air conditioning in two of the main bedrooms and then ceiling fans and stand up fans for all the others for the summer and in the winter there is heating. The bedrooms all have Christy dressing gowns for adults. There are hairdryers supplied and an i pod docking station also saving you packing space in your suitcase. Downstairs the one double bedroom has full disabled access that can be adapted to twin beds if required and there is a bathroom from here with full access again with a large open shower and a chair provided.

Our villa is perfect for children as we have a beautiful heated pool and hot tub plus a large games area suitable for all the family.
The heated pool has a full security fence around it so you can really relax without worrying your about your children being able to fall in the pool and only adults can open the gates to this security fence.It is a temporary fence so if you have no young children or your group is just adults then we can remove the fence for the duration of your stay and it can be open for you.
The whole of the ground floor of the villa is wheelchair accessible and we have one bedroom and bathroom suitable and adapted for a wheelchair user.The villa is flat all around the outside areas so perfect for you.
this villa is perfect for all ages as there are many facilities for everyone.
There is a large heated pool,a beautiful brand new jacuzzi with 80 jets and top of the range,and a large games area with a pool table,table tennis and darts.
