Montserrat Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- . There is a 7% government tax to be added to the quoted rates.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable to secure a booking, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Rates are quoted in US dollars
Additional charge of $200.00 a week for use of the suite
Methods of payment : Visa/MasterCard, Paypal (4% admin fee ) Cheques, or bank transfer.
Credit card # for security deposit of $500.00 required . - If the main villa is not occupied the suite can be rented on a B&B basis for $67.00 a night.

Small 3rd sleeping area with bunk bed.Crib available. Garden suite with queen bed and fold out bed,lovely garden and ocean views, can be rented for an additional $200.00 a week with the main villa.. You will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves, and kept cool by the trade winds and the ceiling fans.
