- The East wing's master bathroom boasts 'His and Her' sinks, an enormous steam room/shower that can more than accommodate two people and a gigantic sunken bathtub which can certainly say the same thing. Fill it with bubbles or even champagne! The second bathroom has a far away exotic feel with its jewel tone colouring and walls finished in golden bamboo. The bright, light, bathroom in the West wing not only comes with pristine amenities in sparkling condition, but also possesses a jacuzzi tub. Try not to fight over it.

- The sprawling master bedroom in the East wing is dominated by an enormous California King Size bed and a walk in closet so large it's practically a guest room. Behind a thick secret panel in the living room is the second bedroom: A bright, cozy, charming, carpeted loft space with a Queen size bed and a picture window facing the evergreen trees of Sunset Plaza Drive. Very sweet and very private. Over in the West wing, is another commodious bedroom with a California King Size bed and an extremely generous walk-in closet. The bedroom also has a private entrance to the bathroom. The West wing's second bedroom is bright and cheerful with a Queen size bed, ample closet space and a large picture window with a garden view overlooking the evergreen trees of Sunset Plaza Drive. Each bedroom has its own plasma television with cable and internet provided. We are also able to accommodate extra guests with air mattresses and sleeper sofas. Fresh linen is provided.

The Sunset Plaza Villa Royale is a single family residence that has been divided in half, creating two seperate wings of the house. The East wing and the West wing are completely autonomous from each other and are equipped with their own seperate state of the art kitchens. This allows for complete privacy for both wings (or as much togetherness) as desired.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Consequently as a courtesy to our neighbours there can be absolutely no parties in this house as the sound echoes through the hills.
