Mammoth Lakes Villa Summary
Snowflower is the perfect place for families all year round offering great amenities, spectacular views, easy access to Mammoth Creek and the bike path. The Red Line Shuttle stop is right outside of the complex in the winter and you are only a mile outside of town for easy access to restaurants and shops. Rated Premiere, Snowflower #28 is a spacious two bedroom with a loft, three bathroom town home that offers both style and comfort. This bright corner unit has lots of windows, cozy window seats and has been decorated with modern mountain decor.
It features pine accents, brand new furnishings throughout, new carpeting and slate flooring. The living room is inviting with its open beam ceiling, handsome sectional sofa, home theater with DVD/VCR and surround sound stereo. Relax in front of a warm fire after a long day or whip up something fabulous in the fully equipped kitchen for your family and friends. Just off from the living area is a spacious deck offering gorgeous views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwin Mountain range. Both bedrooms are master suites with queen size beds, attached bathrooms, TVs with a VCR and plentiful closet space. All three bathrooms have been renovated with new shaker style cabinetry, tile counter tops, modern fixtures and slate flooring. The loft is furnished with two queen beds dressed with attractive new comforter sets and a cozy bay window for optimal sunlight and even more great views. We offer free unlimited domestic and international long distance in all of our condos.
Bed Arrangement: A queen in the master, a queen in the second and two queens in the loft. The maximum occupancy is eight people. Project Amenities: Pool, tennis courts and gas barbecue in the summer, spa and sauna year round.
Winter rates are: midweek $300, weekend $350, holiday $420 to $460 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials. Summer rate is $235 per night with discounts of 10 to 30% for stays of four or more nights.
Turnday: Any.
