Bank transfer, personal cheque and PayPal. Credit card payments can be taken via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Terms and Conditions are available on request and are sent automatically with booking form.
A 25% deposit and completed booking form is required to secure the booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Check-in is 4pm onwards and check-out is by 11am. - For stays of longer than 10 days there will be a weekly linen change and clean carried out at a charge of £25. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally with our housekeeper if required.
A refundable £75 per week security deposit is required with the final balance payment. This will be repaid within 2 weeks of the end of the rental period providing that there is no major damage to the property and no excessive use of air conditioning (over 150 units per week). Any excess will be costed at the local rate and deducted from the security deposit. The air conditioning units are very efficient and sensible usage will not result in any excess charge.
