Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pool & Spa heat is available for £14/$20USD per day (only required during the months of Oct to March). Heating must be booked for a min. of 3 consecutive days. All prices inc. 13% Florida Sales Tax. Bookings upto 14 nights require a deposit of £250/$300USD which must be received within 7 days of booking to guarantee your reservation with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival . Bookings in excess of 14 nights will require a £350/$400 deposit. Security/Damages Deposit - parties upto 6 guests or more will be charged a £100/$150 security deposit, £150/$200 over 7 guests which is payable with the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival and refunded after final management company check . We also reserve the right to bill any guests for damages. Cancellation policy - cancellation of booking before 6 months will be refunded with 25% of booking deposit, cancellation after this time will result in loss of booking deposit or loss of full payment if within 6 weeks.
- Check-in is from 4pm on day of arrival and Check-out is by 10am on day of departure. If you require an earlier Check-in or later Check-out please contact us to arrange. Late Check-out's may be available if it is not a changeover day when other guests are checking in, a small charge will be applied for this.
