Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A refundable security deposit of £100 is required. This is returned following inspection of the property after you vacate.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required at the time of booking….the balance amount is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date or immediately if less than 6 weeks.
Optional pool heat….£85 per week
Late availability is available at low season rates…..a bargain!!!

- The villa benefits from 2 master suites. Both have en suite bathrooms, TV/DVD sets and quality furniture/fittings. Master 1 has a larger walk-in shower, large dresser/mirror /walk-in wardrobe and King sized bed while Master 2 has a Queen sized bed. Both have external doors providing further access directly onto the pool deck. Each has fitted closets with additional linen and towels. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twins with two single beds in each. Each has a large closet with drawers and additional towels/bed linen. Should a high chair of ‘cot/crib’ be needed these can be arranged in advance with the Management Company. Additional ‘Little Extras’ : *Each bathroom has a hairdryer and hair straighteners. *Free Cable TV is provided. *Free Local Calls are available. *Free High Speed Internet Access is available. *Our management company are happy to put you in touch with contacts for tickets to the various attractions…they will even come to the villa and do it all
