Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental fee includes utilities, linens (white cotton sheets, down duvets or cotton blankets, down and foam pillows- 2 per person), and towels (bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels). We also provide bath, laundry, and dishwasher soap. There is a secure WiFi connection and we offer a telephone with free local calling and free calling to North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and many other locations worldwide. The apartment is equipped with a stereo unit (iPod dock, CD player, and radio), and Sky TV with English and French channels.
- We require a 40% deposit of the total booking price by wire or check, and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival. A security deposit equivalent to 350€ will be collected upon arrival in euros, dollars, or pounds and returned prior to departure. A final cleaning fee of 80€ will be collected upon arrival in cash. If you stay multiple weeks, there is also a mandatory weekly cleaning fee of 70€. (Please note that for more than 2 guests, an additional 50€ will be added onto the rental fee and an additional 25€ onto the cleaning fee.)

- The bathroom is well laid out and includes a toilet, a lovely sink (bowl) with nice counter space and lighting, and a good sized shower. There is also a lovely window that looks on to the private garden.

- The bed is a large double bed from a bed store but built into a cabinet with a special hinge so that it can be easily closed during the day, fully made with all the bed linen and covers. It is a normal, thick mattress plus a box spring. It is a great bed- we promise! There are reading lights in the bed cabinet for two, a place to keep books, tissues, and an alarm clock. To open the bed, one simply pulls on the two knobs and it comes down. To close, you simply lift it, again very easy, as it is on a special hinge. Next to the bed are two good-sized closets for hanging clothes and four large drawers for folded clothes. There is also a desk. If you are a couple with an infant, this would still be a suitable apartment as I do have a lovely Baby Bjorn portable bed that would comfortably fit in the apartment, or for a young child, a futon mattress.
