For further enquiries, please feel free to contact owner directly. - In order to secure a booking, we will require an initial non-refundable deposit of 20% of the agreed rental, followed by the balance in cash upon arrival.
A separate damage deposit ranging from Euro 100 to Eur 200 is required with the final payment.
This will be returned upon your departure provided no damage or loss has occurred in the fixtures and furnishings during the stay, the apartment is cleaned and the keys have been returned.
You will be met at the apartment on arrival and on departure. A cleaning charge of Eur 40 will be deducted from deposit to cover final cleaning. If the apartment is left spotlessly clean, the cleaning cost will be waived. - We welcome you to our apartment!
