- Bookings can be arranged only from Saturday till Saturday in some cases Sunday till Sunday. We do not accept bookings in the middle of the week ONLY IF booking start or end on Saturday.
- Arrival time should not be earlier that 2 p.m. on the arrival date. The departure time should not be later the 10 a.m. on departure date.
- To confirm the reservation 40% deposit of total rental amount must be paid via bank account to Villa Summer Residence.
The remaining balance of the rental amount is due 60 days prior the beginning of the rental period.
Additionally to rental payment security deposit of 1,000 EUR is required to be paid in advance in the case of any damages in the villa.
