With 4 independent accommodations one can enjoy the company of others or take refuge in one’s own dwelling, the best of both worlds: - The CASARÃO, a 19th century Moorish flavoured manor house (6~7p). Its kitchen can handle a large party and the cobbled terrace under the pergola vines, conveniently near the kitchen, is a fine place for a long table. The Algarve sun almost all year round beckons to 'al fresco' dining; - The CASA do PÁTEO, with tiled panels gracing the kitchen and a bougainvillea canopy (4p); - The CURRAL or White Stables, big enough to stage the children’s cabaret performances (4-5p); - The CASINHA, the refuge of the grand-parents when there is a 3 generation reunion!     RATES INCLUDE water, electricity and gas; cleaning after departure; change of bed linen once a week; change of towels twice a week; heating during the colder periods in winter and firewood for stoves and fireplaces available from the stockpile; baby cots and high chairs; use of swimming pool and access to grounds and citrus groves.
    Not included are beach towels, laundry, maid service, table dh?te, additional beds, babysitting, bikes, etc. which can eventually be provided by arrangement.
    Some applicable extra charges: A/C 35/week; extra bed: 70-105/week, washing machine: 3/turn, bikes 25/week.
  • ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE.
    The accommodation will be available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival till 10:00 hrs on the day of departure. A half day up to a full day rent may be charged if the accommodation is to be made available before 16:00/12:00 hrs on the day of arrival or after 10:00/14:00 hrs on the day of departure, provided such arrangements are possible.
    Members of large parties may come from different parts of the world. With 4 independent accommodations there is no need for everybody to arrive at the same time, actually not even on the same day.
  • BOOKINGS, payments and cancellations by Client.
    A non refundable down payment of 25% of the rent will be required at the time of booking as a confirmation of the same with the remaining 75% being payable not later than 12 weeks before arrival date. Failure to pay timely the full balance will be considered a cancellation by Client. Following reimbursement schedule will apply in case of cancellation:
    - 83 to 56 days before arrival date: 50%
    - 55 to 28 days before arrival date: 25%
    - less than 28 days before arrival date: 10% of the total rent.
    Guests may be requested to pay a security deposit.

Normally the Casarão, the Patio House, the White Stables and the Cottage will sleep 6, 4, 4,and 2 people respectively. With extra sofa beds the Casarão will sleep a maximum of 7, the White Stables a maximum of 5 grown-ups.
