You may well see the guys during your stay while they carry out their weekly maintenance visit to clean the pool or tend to the landscaping - which they will give you advance notice of.

The ‘Everglades’ are just 2 hours drive to the south. Tampa Bay with ‘Busch Gardens’ is 90 minutes drive to the north – with one of the best theme parks for families. If you fancy the ‘Orlando’ experience, then Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Central Florida are only a 2.5 hour drive away. The area is also a haven for fishing, both deep sea and coastal with many places offering equipment, boat rental and fishing trips. Try deep-sea fishing for Marlin off Boca Grande island, which is where the world Tarpon championships are held.
