Our weekly guide rates start at £645pw rising to £895pw, subject to time of year and size of party - contact Owner for an exact quote and availability. Our rates when quoted to you are fully inclusive of all linens, utility consumption, taxes, and cleaning after departure provided a booking of 7 nights minimum has been made. Any 'Optional extras' (see below) will be quoted for separately.
We can accommodate payments in GBP£ or USD$, either via our fully secure PayPal account for credit/debit card payments (3.5% surcharge applies to cover Merchant fees), or via direct online/bank transfers to our UK or US bank accounts.
For our US/Canadian clients, the simplest and most cost effective method is mailing a US$ check/money order directly to our US bank via a simple system I have in place.
**VARIOUS TERM DISCOUNTS APPLIED FOR BOOKINGS OF 3 WEEKS OR MORE - ENQUIRE WITH OWNER FOR A QUOTE** - For bookings of less than 7 nights duration (minimum 2 nights), the rental charge shall be £130 per night, plus a fixed cleaning fee charge of £75.
- Optional extras such as added electric spa heat boost for the Jetted Tub on the pool deck (for that true 'hot tub' feeling), cot/crib hire, welcome grocery packs, can be discussed at enquiry stage if required by the client.
