Minimum 25% of rental fee is required upon booking. Damage deposit, taxes and remainder of rental fees due 6 weeks prior to arrival
25% of rental fees received are refundable if holiday is cancelled up to 8 weeks pior to arrival. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations notified to us within 8 weeks of arrival date. - The Upper room can be rented as an Add on to the main booking for a weekly rate of £100 or dollar equivalent
