- A 20% deposit is required upon making the reservation(bank cheque or bank transfer -- details will be given). Full prepayment, is required by 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival, the payment will be returned less a $250 service charge. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, FOR ANY REASON, the prepayment is forfeit. It is highly recommended that renters purchase travel insurance if there is any chance the reservation may have to be cancelled within this period, as this policy is firm.
WINTER SPECIAL: at the request of our friends from Canada and the northeast USA, for stays longer than 14 nights, a 15% reduction on the entire stay will be extended. Look forward to seeing everyone this winter! - PREFERRED ARRIVAL DAYS ARE SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
We accept direct bank transfers, and cashier/bank cheques. Please contact us by email or phone to make the reservation and receive instructions for payment.

In addition there are two armchairs, a flat-screen TV with cable, wireless Internet access, cell phone for renters' use, dining table and chairs, patio w/dining, loungers and barbecue. Also provided are iron and ironing board, hairdryer and beach towels. There is access to a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies/utensils for your use. There is no maid service.
