Only 15 minutes to historic Woodstock Village in VT and Hanover, NH, home of Dartmouth College, this fully-equipped holiday rental home has everything you and your family or friends will need for a truly memorable vacation. The master bedroom with bathroom en suite (including jacuzzi tub) is on the main level, with sliding doors leading out to the porch . The spacious living room with fireplace is on the main level, along with the dining room, kitchen, large mud room, and screened in porch with its own propane fireplace. Relax and enjoy the views of the water garden just outside and the NH mountains in the distance as the hot air balloons float by!! Two additional bedrooms are upstairs, and share a full bathroom, while the fourth bedroom is above the garage and has access to the third bathroom just off the mud room. Ping-pong table, TV etc. downstairs in rec room, large yard.

Quechee Lakes is a three-season resort with it's own ski hill, two world class golf courses, 9 har tru tennis courts, swimming pools, restaurants, lake, kids' programs and more. Renter amenity passes may be purchased. Nearby Woodstock VT was voted 'America's Most Beautiful Town', and has great restaurants, attractions, shopping, arts and crafts. Hanover, NH and The Upper Valley area have many recreational offerings year round, which include skiing and all winter sports in winter, and shopping, touring, hiking in the nearby White and Green Mountains and Appalachian Trail, golf, tennis, horseback riding, exploring, tennis, river rapids, lakes, kayaking, fly fishing to name a few!! Fabulous area restaurants include Simon Pearce, Prince and Pauper, The Quechee Inn, The Hanover Inn, The Woodstock Inn and more! Ski areas nearby (within 35 minutes) are Killington, Okemo, Sunapee, Suicide Six. Dartmouth College and Upper Valley, NH, is only 15 minutes away.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • WEEKEND: is Thursday through Monday. MIDWEEK is Monday through Thursday.
    MONTHLY RATE IS $6,000 per month June through October, $3,000 per month November through May.
    HOLIDAY RATES APPLY during major holidays: eg. Christmas, President's Week, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day etc. They are: 3 nts $1800; 4 nts $2000, 5 - 7 nts. $3000 with a 3 night minimum.
  • An initial deposit of 20% is required to hold your reservation, by bank transfer or bank cheque. Information will be provided when you make the reservation. The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled outside the 30 day period, deposit will be returned less $100 handling charge. If cancelled FOR ANY REASON within 30 days of arrival, the prepayment is forfeit. We will refund prepayment only if we are able to rent the house for the full time that you were to have been there. There is an additional $100 cleaning charge per week for cleaning. There is also a 10% security/damage deposit required. Any long distance telephone charges incurred during your stay, movie rentals, or property damage will be deducted from this deposit within 45 days of your stay, and the balance will be returned to you after all bills have been received, reviewed etc. and the property has been checked.
  • The rental agreement is not assignable without written permission of the owners. We recommend that renters purchase trip insurance if there is any possibility they may have to cancel within the 30 day period, as the prepayment is NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON as outlined above.

  • Bedrooms are spacious and private. Master bedroom has bath ensuite with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The two bedrooms upstairs share a full bath, and the fourth large bedroom is over the garage and has access to the bathroom just off the kitchen and mudroom downstairs. Two of the bedrooms have either king beds or two twins. We put the twins together to create a king. The master bedroom has a king-size tempurpedic bed.

Notes: The owners of the house are members of the Quechee Lakes Landowners Association, and renters may purchase a daily renters' pass to allow use of the Clubhouse and facilities, with health club (and classes), gym, indoor and outdoor pool, lots of children's activities, tennis, golf, skiing, restaurants, lake, swimming and boating -- all part of The Quechee Club Renters will need to contact the owners in this regard.

Attractions and activities abound here, and there is a rich cultural and artistic element, with Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, and many art and craft communities sharing villages and towns with businesses offering a wide range of recreational opportunities. QUECHEE LAKES is a three-season resort smack bang in the middle of this area, where visitors can enjoy world class golf and tennis at THE QUECHEE CLUB, fine dining at many area restaurants, hiking, canoeing, fly fishing, river rafting, kayaking, and more in the summer months, and cross country and downhill skiing, ice skating, ice fishing and all other winter sports.

The Quechee Club: As renters, you are eligible to purchase a daily renters' amenities pass, which gives you access to the Quechee Club and all amenities -- this is a golf, tennis and ski resort, with 2 world-class 18 hole golf courses, 9 har tru tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, health club, kid's club and activities, restaurants, lake, and more.
