- The rate quoted is a daily rate throughout the year. Happy to take reservations for less than 5 nights on a request basis subject to availability.
To secure a reservation, a 20% deposit is required within 5 days of making a reservation with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. All reservations subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. Personal checks or bank transfers are accepted.
A $500 security deposit is required which is returned within 45 days after departure.
Upon departure, there is a $200 cleaning charge.

- Bedrooms are spacious and private. Master bedroom has bath en suite with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The two bedrooms upstairs share a full bath, and the fourth large bedroom is over the garage and has access to the bathroom just off the kitchen and mudroom downstairs. Two of the bedrooms have either king beds or two twins. We put the twins together to create a king. The master bedroom has a king-size tempurpedic bed.
